Butterfield-Keenan General Plan Amendment Project (GPA-14-04) The proposed project consists of 3 parcels on approximately 19.5 acres generally located southwest of the intersection of Butterfield Boulevard and Jarvis Drive (APNs 726-25-061, -078, and -079). The project would change the General Plan designation from Industrial to Multi-Family Medium (14-21 dwelling units per acres). Approval of the GPA would allow future development of the site with up to 409 residential units.
The project is scheduled for consideration by the City Council on February 4, 2015.
