The City's current Sewer Master Plan identifies the existing 18-inch sewer pipe within Tennant Avenue between Monterey Road and Railroad Avenue as deficient under peak flow conditions and recommends that it be increased in size to prevent sewer overflows within this segment of the City's sewer system. The project bid was awarded to KJ Woods Construction at the City Council meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 2019.
