My vision for our organization is for us to provide productive, professional, and purpose based police services. To achieve this, the Department has developed an Outcome Based Plan for Public Safety. The Department has aligned our public safety strategies and activities with three outcomes to be the Department of Choice. The outcomes are:
Reduce Incidents of Crime and Traffic Collisions
Increase Trust and Confidence in the Police Department
Enhance our Culture
Each outcome is supported by specific measures and action items to assess levels of achievement. We are working to achieve these outcomes and report our results to the community.
