Gilroy Chemical Control is responsible for the implementation
of the South County Regional Wastewater Authority's Pretreatment
Ordinance. The Ordinance prescribes requirements for industrial
discharges of process wastewaters to the sanitary sewer. Discharges
to the storm drain system are prohibited.
