Residential Sewer
Sewer fees are based on your prior monthly winter average water use during those months when the least water was consumed city-wide. Sewer fees are $2.56 per unit plus a base charge of $12.09 per month. For new customers with no winter month average the monthly rates are as follows:

Commercial Accounts
Fees vary depending upon meter size and type of business. Sewer charges are calculated monthly based upon actual water usage. Call for more information.
Perchlorate Surcharge
A 15% surcharge will be added to all water service charges.
Notes Regarding Water Rates
Water fees are composed of a monthly base rate, and a unit cost which varies by usage. 1 unit is equal to 748 gallons of water.
Notes Regarding Sewer Rates
The rates are set according to customers' actual usage history.
For new customers, the single-family rate assumes a winter
average of 8 units, and the multi-family rate assumes a winter
average of 4 units. |
