The City of Morgan Hill currently has six advisory commissions
appointed by the City Council. They include the Architectural
and Site Review Board, Library, Culture and Arts Commission, Mobile
Home Rent Commission, Parks
and Recreation Commission, and
Planning Commission.
Citizens also serve on the Bicycle and Trails
Advisory Committee, Senior
Advisory Committee and Youth
Advisory Committee which provide advice and input to the
Parks and Recreation Commission.
An administrative body, the Corporation
Yard Commission, was established through a Joint Powers
Agreement between the City and the Morgan Hill Unified School
District.

The following roster contains a brief description of each
commission, information about meetings and the names, addresses,
phone numbers and term expiration dates for each commissioner.
All meetings of the City's appointed boards and commissions
are open to the public.
The City Council has five public policy committees which
consider topics in various policy areas prior to full Council
consideration. Each committee consists of two Councilmembers.
