Downtown Specific Plan. The City of Morgan Hill is in the process of updating the 2003 Downtown Design Plan by creating a specific plan. Click here to read more.
Southeast Quadrant (SEQ). For information about the City's current planning activities related to the SEQ, click here. The planning activities relate to the City's Greenbelt and Urban Limit Line efforts and include development of agricultural mitigation policies and a possible new "Sports-Recreational-Leisure" zoning district that would allow private property owners to propose commercial recreational land uses in some portion of the SEQ, to expand on the existing sports fields and aquatics center uses.
