The Santa Clara Valley Water District (SCVWD) is offering a rebate of up to $250* per toilet to Morgan Hill residents for replacing old, high water-use toilets that use 3.5 gallons per flush (gpf) or more, with a new High Efficiency Toilet from their approved toilet list.
