Morgan Hill Splash Masters Coach, Chris Henry
The City of Morgan Hill would like to welcome our Masters Swim Coach, Chris Henry, to our team. Chris Henry has been coaching Masters Swimming for 17 years and started his career locally with Morgan Hill Masters. Since then, Chris has taken a Masters team to the FINA World Championships, where 76 countries were represented. One of his swimmers broke TWO Pacific records at this meet.
Chris is a long time member of the community and has always been involved in swimming either as an athlete or a swim coach. He believes that the success of a master's team includes a variety of creative workouts, recognizing and valuing the needs of each individual, competitions and SOCIALS! He strives to support everyone he coaches in meeting their goals and to try new things, whether it be a swim competition or just joining Master's swimming itself, but ALL have come back and thanked him for that encouragement.
