The Recreation and Community Services Department (RCSD) utilizes independent Contract Instructors to provide recreational services to our community. Programs may be designed for preschoolers, school age children, teens, adults, families, and seniors.  Those interested in becoming an instructor should carefully review the Contract Instructors Handbook before submitting a proposal.
