The City of Morgan Hill and Recology South Valley are proud to bring you Recyclebank - a rewards program that motivates people to recycle that currently serves over 1 million residents in over 20 different states. We believe that the Recyclebank program is a win-win-win for our residents, local businesses and the environment. What Is Recyclebank? 
Recyclebank is a rewards program that motivates people to recycle by quickly and easily measuring the amount of material each home recycles and then converting that activity into Recyclebank Points. Use your points to “shop” for rewards from hundreds of local and national businesses in more than 10 categories online at www.Recyclebank.com . Redeeming points for rewards can save participants between $130-$200 a year!

How Does Recyclebank Work?
Recyclebank technology measures and records the amount you recycle, converts it into points and credits your Recyclebank account each time you recycle. All you have to do is bring your recyclables to the curb on your recycling day. The smart tag that is installed on your container(s) will weigh your recyclables and will convert the amount recycled into Recyclebank Points. For every one pound that you recycle, you will earn 2.5 Recyclebank Points.  Points will be automatically deposited into your Recyclebank account. Recology South Valley will continue to pick up your recycling as they normally do – nothing changes! The more you recycle, the more points you can earn. And, you continue to help the environment.
