The Planning Commission of the City of Morgan Hill will be considering a request to approve an addendum to the Downtown Specific Plan Master Environmental Impact Report (MEIR); and finding the proposed purchase and sale agreement for the construction of a public parking garage to be consistent with the General Plan at the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 13, 2014.
