The project site is located north of Laurel Road and east of Walnut Grove Drive (APN 726-01-008) in Morgan Hill.
The applicant requests specific approvals for a condominium development of 50 multi-family dwelling units in two-story townhouse style buildings and 15 two-story single-family detached units. The development includes private streets, private open space areas. The proposed single-family residences range in size between 1,689 to 2,446 square feet, while the townhouse units range in size between 1,701 to 1,944 square feet.
