Description

A request for a Conditional Use Permit was granted to allow for a car wash that entails a 5,370 square foot drive through building with self-service automated car was and vacuum stations.

Location

The project site is located at 16015 Caputo Drive, bounded by Caputo Drive to the east, Tennant Avenue to the south, vacant land to the west, and a parking lot associated with an office building to the north. The site comprises an approximately one-acre portion of a 1.45-acre property identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 817-29-027. 

Environmental Review and Documents

The City of Morgan Hill, as the Lead Agency, has prepared this Initial Study for the Zip Thru Express Car Wash (Caputo-Huang) project in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and the regulations and policies of the City of Morgan Hill, California. This project adopted a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.
