Description
The Royal Oak Village is a 100 percent affordable housing development project. The project site is approximately 7.64 acres, and the project will be developed on approximately 3.7 net acres of the site. This project would be comprised of 73 multi-family units, with 36 units dedicated to farmworker housing. The project would require approval of a Tentative Map, a Design Review Permit, and an environmental review.

The site is located along Watsonville Road, south of Monterey Road, previously known as the Royal Oak Mushroom Farm. Assessor's Parcel Number 779-04-075.
