The project site is located on the southeast corner of Monterey Road and Madrone Parkway or 18735 Madrone Parkway. (Assessors Parcel Number: 726-35-026)
Planning Commission Hearing
On June 22, 2021, The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on Monterey - T-Mobile Use Permit Amendment as stated above. After reviewing the project, the Planning Commission approved the request.
