Project No. AAE2021-0003 (SR2017-0007)
The automotive dealership project also referred to as Condit - Wanja and previously known as Cardinale, was a request for an amendment to the previously approved design review permit for the auto dealership. The amendment included modifications to the exterior façade and square footage of the main building with an ancillary structure to wash and detail the cars.

The project site is located on Condit Road between Diana Avenue and East Dunne Avenue in Morgan Hill, California. Assessor's Parcel Number: 817-20-031
Notifications
The proposed project was publicly noticed for an Administrative Hearing on July 13, 2021. Notifications were mailed out to adjacent property owners within 300-feet of the project site and a newspaper legal ad for the minimum 10-day period. No comment comments were received on the project.

Environmental Review
An Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) (pdf) and the Mitigation and Monitoring Reporting Program (MMRP) (pdf) were adopted for the SR2017-0007: Design Permit.
The modifications to SR2017-0007 were reviewed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and found not to be significant because mitigation measures in the Adopted MND were included in the amended project. Please visit the Environmental Page (html) for more Information.
