The purpose of the Implementation Committee (IC) is to make decisions and recommendations on all fiscal, management and administrative issues relating to countywide integrated waste management programs. Per the Memorandum of Agreement, the IC is comprised of one member from each city in the County, the Santa Clara Valley Water District, and the County itself.
The IC meets on the second Thursday of each month. Notice of meetings, agendas, minutes, and associated documents may be accessed by visiting Santa Clara County’s Board and Commission’s Portal.
