Downtown Splash! Spray Pad Re-opens June 2026!
The Downtown Splash Spray Pad is located at the Community & Cultural Center and open during the summer season. Access to the Spray Pad is free and open to all. The water used is recirculated.
CCC Splash Pad Picnic Area Reservations
Picnic area at the splash pad is available for rent hourly between 8 a.m. and Sunset. Splash pad operates roughly from 11.a.m. to 3 p.m. (no Fridays) during the summer months. Please keep in mind the splash pad hours when booking your rental. Reservations are accepted 6 months in advance but with at least a 7-day notice. The rental of the CCC Spray Pad Picnic area doesn't grant renter exclusive use of the Downtown Splash Spray Pad as it is open to the public.

- Use of the inside restrooms at CCC is permitted; users must dry off and wear shoes before entering the facility.
- Exclusive use to Children's Pavilion playground is available with your rental of the picnic area at an additional cost. *Please note that during the months of June - August the playground is available after 12pm.

How to Rent
Picnic reservations are processed online only at mhparksandrec.com. All picnic reservations are completed online. Full payment is required at checkout. Reservations are confirmed and considered complete after checkout. Picnic area rentals are non-refundable.

Bounce Houses
Effective September 21, 2022, Bounce Houses are NOT allowed at City Parks, including at the Magical Bridge Outdoor Classroom and Downtown Splash Pad Picnic Area.
Spray Pad Rules
- Children under 12 must have adult supervision at all times.
- Proper swim attire is required (no cotton).
- Users who are experiencing diarrhea must not use the Spray Pad.
- The following activities and items are NOT permitted in the Spray Pad Area:
- Climbing, sitting, and playing on spray pad apparatus
- Drinking spray pad water, spitting or spouting water from the mouth
- Running, rough play, or profanity
- Inflatable pool toys, athletic or other recreation equipment
- Food, candy, gum, beverages, and glass containers
- Soap, detergents, and shampoo
- Animals, except service animals
- Changing diapers
- Skateboards, skates, rollerblades, scooters, bicycles, and similar recreation equipment
- Spray Pad will be turned off in inclement Weather (such as extreme wind or thunder or lightning).
- Use of the inside bathrooms is permitted; users must dry off and wear shoes before entering the facility.
The City of Morgan Hill reserves the right to remove parties that are not in compliance with spray pad or park rules.
