Major Water Outage Notice. Major Water Outage Notice Due to a major water main break, significant portions of the Jackson Oaks and Holiday Lakes areas are currently without water service. The areas affected include:
- Jackson Oaks Drive and all residential streets off of Jackson Oaks Drive.
- The following areas in the Holiday Lakes Area: Lakeview Drive, Lakeview Court, Lava Rock Court, portions of Blue Jay Drive, portions of Holiday Drive (north of the first intersection with Blue Jay Drive), Oak Leaf Drive, Oak Leaf Court, Quail Court, portions of Quail Lane, Blue grass Court, portions of Park View Drive, Sara Jane Lane, Susan Court, and Helene Lane
The City has a crew working on repairs, but restoration of water service is likely to take several hours, and an estimated restoration time is not yet available. Upon restoration of water service, as a precautionary measure, the City will request residents in the area to boil water before drinking or cooking. This is due to the loss of water pressure to homes within the affected area.
