Plumbing Fixture Inspections

The Plumbing Fixture Retrofit Ordinance (PDF) states that all properties constructed before January 1, 1994, will need to be inspected at the time of sale. Any plumbing fixtures not in compliance will need to be updated exclusively with high efficiency plumbing fixtures.
