Picnic Areas (Areas 1-4)

1 picnic area is $125 per day
Each picnic area includes three (3) tables and seats 18 people comfortably.

Aquatics Center Oasis 

1 oasis area is $135 per day
Oasis area includes three (3) tables and two (2) chairs that seats 20 people comfortably. 

Cabanas (Cabanas A-F)

$60 per day per cabana
10’ x 10’ poolside cabanas come with two (2) lounge chairs and two (2) chairs.

Party Room 

1-full room is $250
Seven tables are in the room that seats 40 people comfortably with a maximum capacity of 60

Questions and Additional Information

How do I reserve the space?

All picnic, cabana and party room reservations will be booked online. Reservations open on May 16, 2025 at 1:30pm. Please note you are only reserving the space, you musts also purchase admission tickets for all your guests (CRC members are free with valid membership card or ID).

Recreation Admission Ticket Prices

  • Infants under 2 are FREE
  • Youth (2-17) - $12
  • Adults (18+) - $15

Is there a deposit? 

There is no deposit. To reserve the space, you’ll pay for the rental online at the time of booking.

Who is considered a “guest” needing a pool pass?

Anyone entering into the facility will need a ticket, even if they are not swimming. The only guests who get in for free are children under the age of two years old, and Aquatics Center/Centennial Recreation Center members 

Can I arrive early to set up?

No, reservations begin at 1:00 p.m.

What time does my reservation end?

All rental spaces need to be cleaned and clear of items at the end of Recreation Swimming, which is 4 p.m. Tuesday-Friday and 5 p.m. on weekends. Please factor this into your planning.

What types of decorations are allowed?

Table covers & free-standing tabletop decorations ONLY. We do not allow balloons, streamers, or banners in the picnic table areas. Balloons are permitted in the party room only. 

What type of food is allowed for parties?

We will have limited food options available for purchase. Guests can bring in soft coolers - no hard sided coolers - no larger than 12x12. Wagons may be used to bring things in, but must be taken back to your car during your rental. Large coolers are not allowed. There are no fridge/freezers to use for cabana or picnic rentals, please plan accordingly. The party room does have access to a fridge during your rental time only (items must be emptied after event).
