If you are experiencing problems with your cable/internet service, billing, or installation, you should call Charter at 1-833-755-1861. Please note that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) does not have customer service standards relating to cable internet service and prevents the City from establishing standards. Internet services, therefore, are essentially provided without regulation. If you have contacted Spectrum and they have not resolved an ongoing problem, please complete this form to request City intervention on your behalf. This form should not be used to report outages or other short-term issues.
