CA Legislation

State Housing Law, Senate Bill 330, permits all housing and will suspend the Morgan Hill voter approved growth control system as of January 1, 2020.

Mobilehome Resources

CA Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) manages the titling and registration for mobilehomes, manufactured homes, commercial modulars, floating homes, and truck campers.
