The 25.3-acre site, identified by Assessor Parcel Numbers 728-17-031,035,036, is located on the west side of Condit Road, south of Diana Avenue.

ZA2025-0002: Condit – Condit Road PUD: City-initiated Zoning Amendment to the Development Plan and Design Guidelines for the Condit PUD, including the allowance of more indoor recreation, fast-food drive-thru,  tasting rooms (beyond wine), motels, hotels, and auto sales.

The approximately 35-acre area, identified by Assessor Parcel Numbers 817-12-001,-003, -004, -018, -019; 817-13-019-022, -024, -026,027, 029-032, and 034-035, is located on the west side of Condit Road between East Dunne Ave and Tennant Avenue.

Location

The 9.27-acre site, identified by Assessors Parcel Numbers 726-01-001, -006, -007, is located on the easterly terminus of Laurel Road.
