Owners of a taxi business operating a taxi service on the streets of the City of Morgan Hill for the purpose of providing transportation services will require a Taxi License.
Process
- Submit a Taxi License - Company Application and all required application documents (via email).
- Requirements include a City of Morgan Hill Business License and Taxi License - Driver for each company driver. A full list of required application documents are listed on the permit application.
- Pay Taxi License Fee (billed electronically).
- The applicant will be notified when the Taxi License has been approved and will receive a signed copy.
