Description

The Quail Meadows project consists of 18.39 acres. The proposed project would include a Subdivision Map and Design Permit for the construction of 14 new custom lot homes.

Location

The project site is located at 14905 Santa Teresa Boulevard at the southwest corner of Watsonville Road and Santa Teresa Boulevard. The site is identified by Assessor Parcel Number 779-02-023.
