Project Description

The Cochrane-DePaul project is an SB330 and “Builder’s Remedy” residential project. The project consists of a Vesting Tentative Map for 123 lots and a Design Permit for 171 residential units on an approximately 20.56-acre project site.

• 73 townhome-style condominiums

Location

The project site is located on the southwest corner of Cochrane Road and DePaul Drive. The site is identified by Assessor Parcel Numbers 728-31-017 and 728-31-019.
