Environmental Review and Documents

The City of Morgan Hill, as the lead Agency, has prepared an Initial Study and a 15183 checklist for the Diana-Dividend project in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and the regulations and policies for the City of Morgan Hill. As the Lead Agency, the City finds that the proposed project, which includes measures and mitigations designed to minimize environmental impacts, would not result in significant adverse effects on the environment.
