Description

The Diana-Dividend project consists of a 3.05-acre site. The proposed project will include a Tentative Subdivision Map Review and a Design Permit for 23 two-story, single-family residential lots.

Location

The project site is located at 730 and 760 Diana Avenue, Morgan Hill, CA 95037. Assessors Parcel Numbers 726-06-013 and a portion of -015.

Environmental Review and Documents

The City of Morgan Hill, as the lead Agency, has prepared an Initial Study and a 15183 checklist for the Diana-Dividend project in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and the regulations and policies for the City of Morgan Hill. As the Lead Agency, the City finds that the proposed project, which includes measures and mitigations designed to minimize environmental impacts, would not result in significant adverse effects on the environment.
