Borello Ranch Estates (Cochrane-Toll Brothers)
Project Number: SR2021-0011: Cochrane - Toll Brothers Phase 3 and 4
The Cochrane-Toll Bothers project also known as the Borello Ranch Estates is a 122-acre, 243-unit residential development project. The previously approved Borello Ranch Design Review applications (SR-13-07 and SR2017-0018, entitled project Phases 1 and 2. With the balance of the project's allocations approved through Development Agreement Amendment AAE2020-0002 in August 2020. The 114 lots included in this application will accommodate the new architectural styles and floor plans illustrated in the submittal package. The application package also includes landscape architectural and civil engineering components.
Project Location
The project is located south of Cochrane Road between Peet Road and Half Road.

Administrative Public Hearing
The Morgan Hill Development Services received a request to hold a public hearing for this application on January 4, 2022. The Development Services Director conducted an Administrative/Director's Public Hearing on January 24, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., to receive input on the proposed SR2021-0011 as stated above. The Design Permit process evaluates the project to ensure high quality design consistent with existing plans and regulations adopted by the City Council.
