Project Information
Description
The Crosswinds is a residential development project and sits on approximately 31 acres. The project proposes to construct a total of 269 new residential units, comprised of 56 single-family, 64 duets, and 149 condominium units. Of the 269 units, 40 are designated as below-market-rate (BMR) units. The new development would include the integration of open space and amenities, a pedestrian network of paseos, sidewalks, and trails. The project would require approval of a Tentative Map, Design Review Permit, and environmental review.

Location
The project site is bounded by Half Road to the east with planned extensions of Mission Boulevard and De Paul Drive form the northern and southern edges of the development. Assessor's Parcel Numbers: 728-30-001, 728-30-002, 728-30-003, and 728-30-004.
