Due to the County of Santa Clara order to shelter in place, the City of Morgan Hill is complying by providing only essential services to our community. The City of Morgan Hill requires an online appointment for all application submittals.
- Annexations (PDF) - Request for adjustment of city limits boundary
- Conditional Use Permit (PDF) - Request for conditional land use approval
- Design Review (PDF) - Request for approval of site, architectural, and landscape plans
- General Plan Amendment - Request for a change to the land use designation
- Preliminary Plan Review (PDF) - Request for staff, planning commission and/or City Council review and comment on a preliminary plan
